MOSENKA, one of the pioneers of the Moscow office real estate market, was founded in 1991. In record time, — construction of each facility took no longer than 9 months, A and B Class business centers were constructed in the very center of Moscow, near the metro stations Taganskaya, Marksistskaya and Tsvetnoy Bulvar.

At present, MOSENKA, LLC remains an active player on the Moscow commercial real estate market, being the owner of 4 office buildings, providing space for lease and thereof operation at a highest level.
